  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or a refund for any item that is not related to a manufacturing defect.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including dust bags, shoe boxes, and any accessories.
  • Shoes that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  1. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will assess the product and, if deemed faulty, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Examples of manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:

  • Faulty stitching

  • Structural issues with the shoe

Please Note: Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
